Sometimes in our lives we experience low self esteem, tricky situations, or feel that we are at a cross roads. We can experience difficulties in the relationships we value most. Counselling helps provide a space for you to explore those issues that are troubling you. We can consider ideas and strategies to give you greater clarity about what it is you want; and help you find the pathway forward. I work across age groups and look forward to supporting you achieve your goals.
I am a person-centred Counsellor who is passionate about supporting people who are experiencing anxiety. I am also interested in assisting parents in their parental role, supporting couples to strengthen their relationships and to work with people who may be at a crossroads to help them identify where to from here. I also run groups on understanding anxiety.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental approach in a nurturing environment. My aim is to walk along side you as you work through where you want to make changes in your life, and help you to find your purpose and a sense of peace. I am a co-director of Rise Wellbeing and I look forward to assisting you on your journey.
