I am an experienced counsellor who has a person-centred and strength based approach to therapy. I have a strong focus on really getting to know and understand who my clients are and I provide a space free from judgment and biased outcomes. This has been found to assist clients to deepen and explore different aspects of their own internal workings and places them as the expert in their own lives. I have a strong focus on personal and professional development, always going deeper with every aspect in my own life to be able to support others to do the same.
In my counselling service I offer a space for connection and honesty. Most of us do not often have the opportunity to be truly heard and listened to. In my experience, once a person is offered that space, they are able to see more clearly their own path and way out of situations that they find themselves in.
Counselling can be perceived as complicated and emotional, however, it can actually be quite simple. When one is held in the entirety of who they are, in a space where they can get to know themselves, it is anything but complicated.
