As a qualified and experienced counsellor, I understand that each person's challenges are unique, and within my relationship counseling, I use proven and integrative approaches in empowering couples to foster more collaborative and harmonious relationships. I help partners make sense of what they are experiencing by feeling heard and understood, and to feel genuinely motivated to make positive changes for themselves and their relationships. My goal for couples is to create and maintain strong and satisfying relationships, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background or relationship status.
I have a strong understanding of what is required to help couples foster positive relationships with each other, as well as with those around them. I am driven by a deep desire to help transform the lives of others, and I have witnessed how even the smallest of change can lead to enormous improvements for the couples I work with.
I am inspired daily and find the work immensely satisfying of affecting genuine change for my clients. I am currently based in Ascot, where I offer face-to-face services within a personal and confidential environment. I also offer relationship counseling through Zoom to help couples who cannot visit for various logistical reasons or preference.
