Thanks for stopping by. I'm a warm and welcoming therapist and I help people with relationships and life transitions. This includes managing societal pressures (e.g. around family planning), infertility, parenting and navigating toxic family relationships. My goal is to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, to build up your internal resources (your ways of coping) and to feel more empowered navigating boundaries and decision making. I’m passionate about making counselling a safe space where you can simply be yourself.
I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with extensive experience working to support young people and adults with complex mental health issues, in both private practice and community settings. Session cost before Medicare rebate is $140/hr. Sessions are via telehealth and online booking is available via my website.
It's so important to find a counsellor who is the right fit for you, which is why I offer a free introductory call so you can ask any questions and get a feel for my approach. Online booking is available for sessions and introductory calls.
