I am a multi-modal counsellor, drawing on knowledge from various approaches to help reduce client psychological distress and enhance well-being. I work collaboratively with clients to determine the approach that best suits their needs. I believe the client-counsellor relationship is key to a client’s therapeutic growth and offer a confidential, non-judgmental, safe space for clients to explore their difficulties in-depth and begin to increase their self-awareness to enable change and personal growth.
