As a person centred humanistic psychologist who aims to meet where my clients are at, I will work towards hearing your story and therapeutic goals. I will also use a modality that will best help you heal. I have experience working with people who have been trauma, challenges with work and life direction, financial challenges, grief and loss, and neurodiversity. I am an experienced NDIS provider and have helped clients reach their therapeutic goals as well as write up NDIS reports to assist with funding. I look forward to working with you to improve your life situation, heal and be the best version of yourself.
I have a special interest in trauma work, NDIS psychology, grief & loss, financial therapy which includes financial literacy, budgeting and money mindset. Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused and Emotion Focused Therapy and working person centered.
I have been working in the mental health industry for over 11 years through teaching and counselling. I aim to meet my clients where they are at and focus on working together to facilitate healing. I continue to remain up-to-date by continuous professional development . I seek regular feedback from my clients to review progress and ensure best outcomes.
