You may find your oh so busy lives and related demands lead you to be pre-occupied with any of worry, guilt, resentment, irritability, frustration, tiredness and exhaustion. I am focused on supporting individuals, relationships and families challenged with anxiety, depression, anger , dependencies, enduring worry and overwhelm, work-life balance, family conflict, financial strains and other presenting challenges. Beyond the resolution of issues, building a sustainable life strategy is a key feature of my work. My book, Breaking Patterns - Run the life you want to have, or life runs you! forms the foundation of this work.
Different demographics often require different approaches. My work is client centred. I consider myself a tour guide. You decide the journey; I'll point out the scenery. Whilst covering the general population, I also have specific expertise in relationship and family work, life transitions, the LGBT community, the business community and maturing years.
I hope I have sparked your curiosity, whether you have seen other therapists or a first time enquirer. Some can be resistant to seeking professional support perhaps viewing it as a sign of weakness or failure. Today's 'chaordic' world makes this an outdated concept. Call for a free 10 minute consultation on 0419953389 or visit my website to find out more.
