As an experienced Clinical Psychologist I have practiced in UK, South Africa & Australia, in various organisations & across the age range. I have an interest in working with you if you are: 1. An individual seeking psychotherapy for anxiety, depression or relational issues. 2. A parent who needs counselling with parenting your child, or psychotherapy for your teenage son or daughter. 3. A couple needing help to heal or perhaps dissolve your relationship. 4. A Psychologist, Counsellor, or Trainee in search of supervision. Together we can work out your therapeutic (or supervisory) needs and how best to tackle them.
My approach is based on the belief that relationships are fundamental to all human development - from bringing up a child to developing a sports team. It is the vehicle for making sense of our problems. My understanding is shaped by various theories: psychoanalytic, attachment-based, mentalization-based, existential, etc, as well as my own life experience.
What I offer you is a safe mental space where you can find the solutions that I believe are within you.
