I have spent many years working with adults, children, families and professionals most notably those that have experienced trauma, but also addiction, grief, anxiety, emotional, relationship, parenting and other difficulties. I have spent time in indigenous communities and bring cultural awareness and sensitivity to a variety of cultural and other minority groups such as gender diverse.
I have a passion for authentic, respectful relationships along with a present-centred, experiential, creative and holistic approach in which new and needed experiences can be experienced in the moment, and real, long lasting and choiceful change become possible. For younger children I offer play therapy, with more talking for older children and adults.
