Joanna has a strong interest in working with adolescents and young adults. Joanna finds that animal-therapy is particularly supportive for those with social-anxiety, autism, and depression. Joanna will tailor evidence based therapeutic interventions, which may also include a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to the individual clients’ needs, personality, and therapeutic goals.
