Joanna likes to utilise various therapeutic models, some of them include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
