I work with girls and women facing overwhelming situations that result in emotional distress. I specialise in working with the complex issues of chronic health conditions (e.g. endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis, cancer), chronic pain, and being childless not by choice (childlessness). I help women overcome isolation, loneliness, grief, loss of identity, self-worth issues, and negative body image associated with these conditions. The goal being to find joy and a better quality of life given the new reality.
I use somatic awareness and Deep Brain Reorienting to address the bodily imprints of trauma along with specific therapeutic interventions tailored to client need. My services include individual counselling, friends and family counselling, yoga-focused therapy, and medical appointment preparation.
