My speciality is to listen very closely and ascertain which pathway to take. We work together to get a clear understanding of what is required. Some of my approaches include, guided imagery & meditative processes, symbol work, chair work, dream exploration, tapping & bi-lateral stimulation processing or EMDR, all of which support emotional relief.
