I understand that the act of creating can often breakthrough the limitations of language, allowing for you to have deeper expression of emotions that may be difficult to articulate verbally. Art therapy provides a unique and powerful way to explore your inner world, develop self-awareness, and work towards positive change in a supportive and in a non-judgmental environment. My goal is to help my clients develop the tools and skills they need to manage life's challenges and achieve their goals.
I have gained a lot of experience with working with adults dealing with complex mental health issues, children at a Montessori primary School and I am also running an online clinic.
