I take a client-led approach, meaning that we'll work together to address what you want to work on and I won't push you to discuss anything you're not ready for. Together, we'll design a personalized treatment plan that you feel willing and able to engage in - a plan that revolves around growth. My goal is to help you not only manage symptoms but also enhance your overall well-being.
I'm predominantly trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but I also integrate various other therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solutions focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Positive Psychology, and Schema Therapy. Many of my clients are Autistic and ADHDers.
I believe that your well-being and progress should be measured and tracked using data, which is why I use a unique approach called Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT). This means that your therapy will adapt to be tailored to your needs. Like shaping clay, I'll help you design a style of therapy that fits your personal preferences and needs.
