I am a skilled Clinical Psychologist trained to work with a variety of mental health presentations. I work with adults who are experiencing any form of mental suffering due to emotional, behavioural and/or relationship issues, and who need a safe and supportive space to explore their experience in order to heal, change, and grow.
My ultimate aim with each patient is to support and understand them, and also alleviate their distress. I specialise in using psychodynamic and insight-oriented psychotherapy to treat mental health conditions, and have a special interest and experience in treating trauma-related issues, interpersonal/relationship difficulties, and substance dependence.
