Hi, my name is Jenny and I am a warm and compassionate therapist. I am passionate about helping my clients feel supported and confident throughout their treatment journey. I completed my Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and am currently working towards completing the clinical psychology registrar program. Throughout my clinical training, I have garnered a range of experience by working within both public health and private practice settings. I have experience supporting clients with a range of presentations, including anxiety, mood, OCD, stress, PTSD, trauma and adjustment-related disorders.
I am trained and experienced in delivering evidence-based treatments for a range of concerns using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Schema-Informed Therapy approaches.
