Jenny has previously worked in both community and private settings providing psychological care to people across the lifespan. Jenny has a special interest in working with people who have experienced FV. Supporting people towards healing the self and impacted relationships.
Jenny draws on a mix of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative approaches. Jenny is Family Violence informed and MARAM trained. She is committed to using evidence-based interventions as well as supervision and ongoing professional development.
Jenny understands that seeking support can be challenging and understands the importance of finding the right fit.
