Hi there! Everyone has times when they feel sad, worried, anxious, low in self-confidence, overwhelmed, angry or conflicted - that is part of being human. Usually, we can get through these times on our own, but sometimes we need help and support to cope, or to figure out what to do. When you come for therapy, I will provide you with a confidential, caring space to explore and process things so that you can make sense of your experience, gain new insights and learn new skills. I will aim to make you feel comfortable, safe and supported in the therapy.
I am a qualified psychologist, and see patients with all sorts of difficulties. I usually integrate several types of therapies in my treatments so that it is tailored just for you. Patients can also choose to have hypnosis integrated in their sessions, which can enhance their treatment.
Everyone deserves some psychological therapy when they need it. I see patients whether they need just a little support, or need help to deal with overwhelming problems or feelings.
