I help individuals and couples heal from insecure attachment and childhood trauma to foster more secure attachment internally and with those you love. I provide effective, collaborative therapeutic support to identify problems and address individual needs in a safe, non-judgmental space to assist you in achieving your mental health and life goals.
Jennifer specialises in relational and attachment issues, emotional dysregulation and trauma. Jennifer uses a unique combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic (body) therapies, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), and energetic and trauma-informed practices.
