I am a registered Psychologist who has been supporting the mental health of clients aged 12+ for over 15 years in a variety of settings. I feel privileged to be in a position of trust that enables me to help people to change their relationship with difficult feelings and difficult thoughts and to develop awareness of longstanding, problematic behaviour patterns that can be changed in order to achieve and maintain recovery. I am an empathetic and down-to-earth professional who is passionate about helping people from all walks of life to live a meaningful life.
I truly enjoy supporting clients to overcome common and not so common problems including adjustment difficulties, mood and behavioural dysregulation, impulsivity, depression, anxiety, anger management, drug & alcohol dependence, loss and grief, interpersonal/relationship issues, and symptoms of trauma.
