Jason is a warm, friendly and compassionate psychologist. He has a wide range of experience working with adults, teenagers and children. Working collaboratively with Jason is about feeling heard - understanding what is important to you and moving towards that realisation. We achieve this by using an evidence-based approach. This not only helps you learn and improve but to so create, around you, the support you need. Jason also has experience working in business and consequential environments. He uses a variety of methods including coaching. Jason is a general and performance psychologist with Masters level qualifications.
I am interested in the whole person pro-social approach. Having played sports at a State and National level and also working within private and corporate sectors, I understand the demands of performance and managing the ups and downs of life. I am currently involved with research at QUT and this provides up-to-date information for my clinical practice.
I use proven treatments, which succeed, based on evidence. These treatments are individually tailored to clients using an acceptance values-based approach.
