Jasmine (she/her) is a registered Counsellor and member of the Australian Counselling Association, with a BBSc (Psych) and M.Couns. She partners with clients holistically to tackle anxiety and overwhelm, improve relationship with self and others, navigate life transitions, work with self doubt and impostor syndrome, and discover what we value in order to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Alternatively, you may be experiencing work challenges or just wanting more out of your career - Jasmine bring lots of real-world experience. She works with career planning and transitions, profile building, and leadership coaching.
We welcomes clients aged 16+ of all gender identities, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations and abilities. Positively contributing to an inclusive society is very important to us, and we are particularly interested in supporting women’s mental and emotional health. We primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT and Schema Therapy.
When it comes to the counselling relationship, we bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to the table.
