I am a registered psychologist (clinical registrar) with a Doctorate in Psychology (clinical) and a Master's in Criminology. I bring over 10 years of experience working in the family violence sector, where I have developed a strong commitment to supporting victim-survivors. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals explore and embrace their neurotype. I am also passionate about supporting people experiencing chronic pain and chronic illness, those exploring gender and sexual identity and women's health issues including perinatal mental health. I also work with children, exploring emotion regulation and communication.
In my practice, I deliver neuroaffirming assessments. In therapy, I integrate ACT, CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, and Schema Therapy to provide comprehensive support tailored to each individual.
