I provide one-on-one counselling to people of all ages, gender, and culture. Whether you have concerns with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, or would just like to keep your mental wellbeing in check, I am here to help. Together, we could work on improving your mental wellbeing, whilst allowing you to express yourself and your feelings in a safe space.
Everyone’s situation is different. Therefore, I take an individualised, holistic, and client-centred approach, so meeting your needs and ensuring your wellbeing are the main goals of mine. I use skills from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT, so that you could get help to learn skills that are just right for your situation.
It is important to me that everyone feels safe and listened. No matter your age, gender, cultural background, or situation, I will treat you with respect and listen to your difficulties wholeheartedly. I believe that having this safe space to explore your difficult feelings is crucial to success in building a strong and resilient mind.
