I work with anxiety and burnout, women’s wellbeing, grief and trauma, including freedom from religious trauma. My approach is integrative and person-centred and includes Narrative Therapy, Embodiment, Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, CBT and Polyvagal Theory (working with the nervous system). We can decide together what's right for you.
