Utilising the principles of Emotionally Focussed Couples Therapy and Gottman Method, I strive to have couples experiencing new insights into their partners, as well as their own behaviours and attitudes. These insights can become the vehicle to more open, empathic and respectful communication, quicker repair in conflict, greater levels of intimacy, and ultimately more satisfying relationships.
With a degree in Psychology (Hons) (RMIT), specialist training in couples therapy through Relationships Australia Victoria, continued ongoing training and clinical practice; my couples counselling approach involves the use of evidenced based principles with proven success rates.
With over 16 years’ experience in counselling, and over 10 years working exclusively with couples, I offer a service that is thoughtfully designed to meet your needs, and delivered in a safe and inclusive setting.
