Hi there - my name is James and I am an endorsed counselling psychologist and board-approved supervisor. I offer a warm and non-judgmental approach to therapy, specialising in treatment of anxiety, depression, insomnia, relationship difficulties, and trauma.
My therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, all with a trauma-informed lense. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia and experience working with medication dependence.
