I am a registered psychologist who is enthusiastic about helping people and couples reach their full potential and achieve their life goals, whether this be by collaboratively working through life’s challenges or having a focus on continuous improvement. Due to a background in professional sports coaching, I have a special interest in the way psychology can assist individuals in their work life.
I have experience assisting adults with presenting issues, including; anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life stressors. I have experience assisting couples with presenting issues, including; communication issues, infidelity, cultural or family differences, parenting differences, separation and divorce, and co-parenting.
I draw from a range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and ACT. I enjoy working with individuals to help them achieve career goals, improve workplace communication and performance, and enhance their skill sets to better lead and motivate others from any position within an organisation.
