I am a Health Psychologist based in North Brisbane (Stafford Heights) and provide in person and online consultations for clients aged 16 and over. Finding a psychologist that is right for you is essential to improve your mental health and promote positive health outcomes. My approach to treatment is warm, friendly, and genuine. I provide support to people during the tough seasons of life when they need extra help. I am flexible with treatment and see individuals based on their personal needs. Some schedule fortnightly appointments, others monthly, and others check in when they need to.
I am experienced in the treatment of eating disorders, mood, trauma, stress, and provide chronic illness and disability support. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies and employ a multifaceted approach, assessing psychological, physiological, environmental, social, and occupational factors to formulate personalised treatment plans for my patients.
I know we are often more than happy to help out others going through a tough time but struggle to ask for and accept help ourselves.
