Before becoming a Psychologist, Isabel worked for many years in hospitals (oncology, palliative care, neurology, geriatric-psychiatry) and in the NDIS sector as a music therapist and therapist. Isabel draws from evidence-based interventions such as CBT, Mindfulness Therapy, Guided Imagery, ACT and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Isabel enjoys swimming, going to the beach, and playing instruments such as the piano and African drums in her spare time. She finds these activities therapeutic and relaxing. Isabel looks forward to connecting with you and being part of your unique therapeutic journey.
