I help clients to process trauma, and foster healthy relationships with their bodies, with themselves, or with the people in their lives; supporting healthy attachment and connection, self-compassion, and self-esteem. I provide a non-judgemental, warm, and compassionate space for clients. I am a thoughtful listener who shares insights and observations in a relaxed environment, where there is room for authenticity and humour. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their core needs and support change to see these needs met.
I draw from a range of treatment modalities grounded in clinical research. I have a special interest in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Neuro-psychotherapy. I obtained Credentialing for the treatment of Eating Disorders and offer structured treatment (CBT-GSH) for Binge-eating & Bulimia.
