I’m a GP who has been working with individuals and families in private practice for over 15 years. I am now focussing my practice on longer term psychotherapeutic work with adult clients. I work collaboratively with you to explore all aspects of what might be troubling you. We try to understand symptoms and their possible causes, and consider the impacts of past and present experiences and difficulties. My hope is that by creating a regular space for deeper reflection, you may develop greater insight, experience a reduction in troubling symptoms and find a greater sense of self-understanding and personal fulfilment.
As well as my GP qualification, I have Masters degrees in Psychiatry and Health Policy, and am currently completing formal psychoanalytic psychotherapy training. My medical background enables me to bring extensive experience in management of chronic illness, medical disorders and their impact on psychological well-being.
