Hello :) I'm Nillufer and I am really passionate about helping children, adolescents and adults, including CALD clients facing mental health challenges. When things get tough, it can help to talk to someone who can be empathic, supportive and nonjudgmental. I can provide you with a safe space to talk about your issues, process your feelings & emotions and make sense of complex challenges. My aim is to support clients in their unique context, offer them hope and healing, and help them build their resilience to reach their full potential in achieving a more optimistic outlook and positive change in their relationships and lives.
I'm a Level-2 registered counsellor, Interplay therapist & Mental Health First Aider. I am a Certified Facilitator of Lego Based Therapy & Lego Serious Play. I am trained in Perinatal Counselling from COPE, and currently work as a Digital Crisis Supporter for Lifeline Australia. I have completed my Masters in Counselling from Edith Cowan University.
