I use a combination of therapies to delve into what it is that's holding you back and work out together how to move forward. My clients also have the option of utilizing Hypnotherapy which is completely safe, and most people don't realize that you are in control at all times. It can also allow us to heal trauma without having to relive the event.

My sessions are $120 face to face or $110 via zoom for a full 60 minutes - my intention is to keep the fee as low as possible so that it is affordable when needed & give as much time in each session as possible. I accept Paypal or bank transfer prior to sessions (Eftpos available for face to face.)
