Hi, my name is Heulwen and I am a clinical psychologist providing online therapy. I take a holistic and client centred approach based on evidence based tools and research. I am a warm and compassionate practitioner providing individual therapy to women with chronic stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and relationship issues.
I am passionate about supporting women to: develop present awareness of their thoughts, emotions and behaviours; to let go of old thought patterns and limiting beliefs and stories; to live more gently and slowly while still being productive; and to create meaningful and empowered lives.
