I am a PACFA registered Gestalt psychotherapist and have taught a therapeutic movement practice called Open Floor for the past decade. I'm passionate about change, embodiment, and relationships. I provide a safe, comfortable environment for you to expand your awareness and develop inner resources to fully embrace life's challenges. My approach is grounded in Gestalt's holistic philosophy, which believes in our inherent wholeness, resilience, and interconnectedness with the world around us. I work side-by-side with my clients to deepen their understanding of how they relating to themselves and their world to help create more choice.
I offer an embodied approach that deepens your connection to mind and body. This can help get to the root of issues, supporting your healing, growth, and a greater sense of choice-fullness in your life. I integrate other evidence-based and trauma informed techniques such as Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory and Mindfulness.
Drawing on my own therapy experiences, I deeply respect the courage it takes to reach out for support. I offer open-ended and fixed-term therapy for adults, in-person in the inner-north of Melbourne and online.
