I am a registered Psychotherapist, a certified Relationship & Couples Therapist, and a Group Facilitator. I bring 15 years of professional experience and a lifetime of personal experience. I 'walk the talk' and I'm committed to my own growth as a human, a woman, mother, partner, daughter, and friend.
My style is warm, gentle, down to earth, and direct. I see individuals, couples, or any two or more people in any kind of relationship.
