I am passionate about mental health and mental health advocacy, with a deep understanding and fascination about human behaviour and emotions. My expertise lies in providing an integrated and personalised approach, drawing from CBT, EFT, and NT. With experience in addressing various mental health challenges, I offer support for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, work-life balance and stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, domestic violence, and sexual abuse. Our goal is to work towards improved interpersonal relationships, effectively manage challenges, and address personal challenges that may have set us back in the past.
