Gill incorporates a number of counselling techniques into her practice which include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness-based Therapy. She is trained in EMDR (trauma) and Clinical Hypnosis to help you explore past experiences, feelings or behaviours that are contributing to and sustaining ongoing problems.
Gill’s guidance and support is skilled and respectful, and she will help bring about a sense of hope and relief. In each case, Gill will work collaboratively with you and select therapeutic interventions that are most likely to help you gain the tools and strategies necessary to manage your painful thoughts and emotions and clarify your thoughts.
