I use a holistic and strengths based approach to support my clients through their counselling needs. I specialise in counselling for children and adolescents, and also work with adults. I believe that you are the expert in your life and that I can be an extra person to support you. I provide a judgement-free space to help my clients to develop their own toolkit to support their own resilience, emotional regulation, to feel empowered and strive towards self-determination.
I have had great success with online and phone counselling for children and young people, incorporating talk, narrative, interactive play and art therapy, as well as online and phone talk therapy for adults. I have extensive knowledge and history working with family violence, trauma, mental health, change/transitions, and with people from diverse cultures.
