I believe that a huge part of my job is to be able to sit with a client in the hardest of times, and allow them the space and support to get up by themselves. I take a very client centred approach to care and believe that the client is the expertise in their own lives. I use a basis of ACT, Narrative Therapy, EFT and SFT to drive my practice from evidence based models and enjoy working with clients from a multitude of different backgrounds. I believe in the power of creating a safe space for people to share and be vulnerable, the ability to do this is one of our great human gifts.
