I'm a Clinical Psychologist, Board Approved Supervisor & EMDR Consultant. I love working with adult clients and supervisees. We may all face difficulties like anxiety, stress and depression at times and we may need support to navigate these times. I have a passion for working with people who've experienced trauma, including PTSD and attachment trauma/childhood difficulties. I have lots of experience with first responders. I use EMDR amongst other approaches, like schema or IFS. I like to be warm, empathic, approachable and down to earth and it is important to me that you feel comfortable, safe and understood.
I am trained in and use CBT, ACT, DBT skills, Schema Therapy and I am an accredited EMDR Consultant (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). I use parts work. I am a Board Approved Supervisor for the clinical registrar program. I am trained in Psychedelic-Assisted therapy and can assist in this area (after legal treatment or trials).
