Hi there! I’m Hannah and I specialise in helping people feel safe in therapy. It can be daunting talking about things that bring us sadness and confusion but I am here to support you each step of the way . After 15 years in practice, I have seen the strength that comes from being seen and heard. I have worked with families and individuals facing all sorts of adversity, both in Australia and overseas. I specialise in anxiety and stress management, memory loss and chronic health care, grief and loss support as well as trauma recovery.
I believe in the power of conversation and enjoy chatting with a 'cuppa.' I hold a Bachelor in Social Work and I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. Alongside this, I have 10 years’ experience working in hospitals and I am passionate about strengths based practice.
I have not been immune to some of life’s struggles, throw in divorce, caring for ageing parents and job losses and I feel equipped to listen to you, exactly as you are. I’m looking forward to meeting you, lets tackle the challenges of life together.
