In order to support you navigating your life's challenges, I use a holistic approach, aiming to understand your personal struggles within the complexity of your life. I believe understanding the root cause of your emotional distress and unhealthy coping mechanisms is important to create lasting change. My work focuses on a trauma informed approach and I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress, chronic stress and burnout and issues with self-esteem. I also offer sessions in German.
Drawing upon CBT, schema therapy, EMDR and other evidence-based techniques, I support you in the process of gaining a deeper understanding of your triggers, belief system, needs and values. I offer both short-term solution focused approaches or longer-term therapeutic support, depending on your needs.
