I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist who works in the Caroline Springs area. I am passionate about mental health and use a variety of therapeutic approaches. Some of the therapeutic approaches include Gestalt Counselling/psychotherapy, Buddhist Psychology, Somatic therapy, Mindfulness therapy, Jungian therapy, Solution based therapy as well as other therapy techniques. I provide Individual Counselling, Couples counselling, Family therapy and Adolescent and Child Counselling. Working in mental health and in the Western suburbs is a passion. I provide therapy for anxiety, stress, general counselling,depression and other mental issues.
My experiences of living in the Western Suburbs as well as working in mental health has led to working with a variety of clients. I love my work as a therapist as helping people be at their best in regards to their mental health.
