I am a clinical psychologist accepting new referrals for adult, adolescent and child ADHD assessments. I do the legwork of cognitive assessment to assist the medical professional's diagnosis and treatment. I also provide learning disorder and adult autism assessments. Therapeutically, I mostly help people with PTSD but I am not taking any new treatment patients at the moment. I regularly undertake assessments for criminal law (e.g., fitness to stand trial, insanity), compensation, family law, and the NDIS (e.g., SIL, progress reports, diagnosis).
I provide brief and comprehensive ADHD assessments that are frequently requested by psychiatrists and paediatricians, although patients can also self-refer. My assessments focus on collecting data that medicos cannot usually collect, so there is no double-up in time and costs to the patient. Reports are typically available within one week.
I am a very easy going psychologist who likes to have a laugh. Whilst I tend to be goal focussed I understand that some days you might just need a chat. I always check-in with clients to see if we are working at the right pace, as we may decide to speed up or slow down according to your goals.
