Hi there, my name is Georgina and i'm a registered psychologist. I offer accessible and affirming assessments and mental health support to young people and adults across Australia. With a diverse background of experience, I've supported young people and their parents in both private practice and school settings, conducted assessments, and aided adults in exploring and embracing their neurotype. I also have experience working with individuals in the perinatal period in areas such as adjustment, perinatal depression and anxiety, and OCD.
Approaching therapy with a trauma-informed, person-centered, and affirming lens, I utilise therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR, & Schema Therapy. These modalities are tailored to each client, following best practice guidelines.
