Much of what makes us unhappy is unconscious and not easily accessed by easy explanations. I work with clients to explore aspects of their life and their feelings, and learn new ways of overcoming personal difficulties. Issues include sexual assault/abuse, front line responders, mental/physical traumas, including addiction, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I use a range of counselling and psychotherapy models including CBT, psychodynamic, experiential and behavioural. I am a qualified EMDR therapist and interested in the emerging field of psychedelic therapies.
