Many people feel 'stuck' with behaviours, feelings, habits or situations that they find hard to change. This can limit the potential to flourish and live life fully. Everyone has their own strengths and coping skills, and the right counsellor will help you to notice your pre-existing strength and resilience, and work with you to find ways to tackle your challenges and live the life you really want to live.
Kieran's calm, supportive guidance assists you to clarify and understand your key issues, and gain insights and new perspectives, to build confidence to reach your preferred future. Kieran also addresses barriers and building confidence with learning and relationships in educational and work settings. Walk-and-talk sessions are also offered if desired.
Over 30 years Kieran has provided counselling, support and courses in many areas, including: relationships, crisis support, suicide prevention, parenting, youthwork, families, separation, cancer and Employee Assistance Program counselling for over 15 workplaces. I would be happy to chat about whether Full Potential Counselling meets your needs.
